SARS-CoV-2 Protein Production Paper Accepted

Our protein production paper was accepted for publication in “Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences“

Large-Scale Recombinant Production of the SARS-CoV-2 Proteome

By the combined effort of our protein team protocols for the large-scale production of more than 80% of all SARS-CoV-2 proteins or essential parts of them could be established. In line with the NMR resonance assignments these protocols are now publicly available and will help to understand the SARS-CoV-2 molecular components in detail. It was an incredible amount of work by our protein team that included 127 people from 27 institutes in 9 different countries. Many thanks to all authors for their contribution to this great teamwork!
